Please take a look at Bungie's network troubleshooting guide linked below. Even with dedicated servers, if your connection is optimized it could still kick you off.

Can you explain why I get matched against the same groups every single day for the last month? Look at my match history. Literally the same 10 groups of people. Do you not have anyone else on?

Yes stadia chromecast ultra, 5ghz 300 mbps connect, I'm about 30-40 feet at most from gateway, but I only actually get maybe half that and some devices limit actual speeds but I know for a fact stadia only needs maybe 50 mbps at most to run 1080p or 4k and I'm running 720p,no hdr, game mode turned on to reduce input lag.

I'm also aware stadia hasnt been out that long but I hope this update resolves some of these issues with imbalances, far too many one hit kill weapons. It should be based on skill not who can spam witherhoard the most. That's half my matches right there groups that shoot 2 witherhoards simultaneously so you have nowhere to stand.

Yeah but stadia is on pc not just chromecast like I'm on. I know their is a low population comparatively speaking but they say "we are breaking up this match to find a new one" and it's the same group minus one person. I'm honestly just annoyed at the amount of players on stadia who seem to be lagging even though stadia says my connection is fine. I've only lost connection in pvp twice in about 5-6 weeks and 1 match it was noticeably bad but I logged off because I know I'll get reported if I kept playing but others are leaving matches, getting kicked, nearly every match. So then it's me and 3 other people against 6 the entire game almost.

That just simply means everyone gets thrown back into matchmaking to regroup all players/teams into a new match. Being the extremely low stadia population (and even less that play crucible), it’s no surprise to see a lot of the same players in consecutive matches. Even on xbox I can get some of the same players in my lobby, even after a match breakup. Have you run thorough network tests to ensure it isn’t your connection causing the lag you see?

Where exactly would I go to do a test on chromecast ultra? because I'm not sure how to do that through that connection. To test latency, ping, jitter, packet loss. I know my connection is pretty decent usually , I know it's bad on occasion and its noticeable because being on stadia you can literally see the game being fuzzy. Like I said most the time it seems good, and stadia itself says my connection is stable. I'm also on a 300 mbps connection so download speed is not an issue. The only thing that could possibly be an issue is if data is being lost in the airwaves,high ping but I'm not having high ping when I test on my phone, or xfinity is just garbage right now. I'm using the older modem/router that's been around for at least 5 years.

Could you not go to a web browser on there & go to speedtest.net? Haven’t really used chromecast too much.

So I ran a speedtest and it says its connecting to an IP 6520km away lol. No wonder people are complaining. I'm connecting to comcast in south America lol.

I'm not getting any packet loss, my jitter is 5-16 ms, my ping however is not that great at 108

Ping is definitely high (but I would expect that when going that far for your connection). Not sure about the jitter, but it seems high too (possibly also due to going to South America).

Well its not saying 5 ms is bad jitter on the sites I'm checking. The ping is definitely high. My sisters husband who works for a computer networking company said anything below 20ms should be good to go. The weird thing is only chromecast ultra has higher ping. I test through my phone in the same location and its showing about 20-30 ms ping.

Chromecast uses google home as an interface to operate. It doesn't actually have any ability to do anything without exterior input.
