As a temporary solution, you can connect to Destiny 2 servers using your phone as a hotspot to determine if you have ISP issues. I have seen a solution where you can change from DHCP to a static IP to resolve this error code.

I tried to do as you said. i lost my usb wifi :( but connecting to the laptop with the mobile phone and then using the cable to the pc i saw that destiny starts. but I cannot have a static ip from the contract with the isp. I really thank you for helping me but at the moment knowing it is a connection problem I am at a standstill
