Especially in crucial 1v1s, Snipers are especially hard to counter. The only things that counter a sniper are another sniper, Citan Ramparts, or waiting around a corner for them to walk through. You can't flinch them out of the shot because the direction it flinches to is directly on your head, and they don't even have to hit your head because hitboxes are garbo with the amount of Aim Assist and Bullet Magnetism, combined with the sniper/precision targeting mods.
