Honestly dude, I actually hate complaining on forums especially this one, but honestly what was going through Bungie’s mind when they made this cancer. Honestly, who ever says this gun is remotely balanced is trolling or just flat out bad at this game. This gun shoots incredibly fast, has a huge blast radius, gets tons of ammo, and is kinetic so it can pair with 600 autos. Let me give you an example; So me and my clan-mate decided to carry a friend of ours to Flawless. From Game 1 to Game 6, it was a fair and fun game, sure they might have used cheesy Autos, but they are easy to counter and once we can counter them, it was easy wins. But here comes Game 7, the players that we faced were clearly PvE player who barely PvP, as one person had the little triumph on their emblem, with 4,000 career kills, as well as their KDs being garbage. They were also all using Revokers and Summoner. Annoying but definitely not cancer in the slightest. We knew we had this Flawless in the bag. Or did we? We load in and go through the bottom doorway to get to heavy room for easy cutoffs. The enemies come in the room bum rushing us with snipes and they lose in mere seconds. With how stupid their tactics were, we think this will be easy, but we are still staying focused and not being cocky. Then comes Round 2 and from this point on to the end of the match, made me realize why Trials is such a dead playlist, for Casuals and Competitive players like myself. The three opponents immediately switch to Mountaintops and they instantly start team spamming at doorways to get splash damage. If I get a pick with my snipe, we couldn’t even collapse because they can have 2 players spam back with MT and kill one of us. If we died to MT, they would keep spamming on a res. And this week’s map certainly did not help, due to the amount of slow opening doors and tons of chokepoints on the map. Everytime we lost the round, they would bag us. Even got a hate message that me and my team would lose to them in a 3v3, as funny as that sounded. We end up losing the game, and while we are pissed from losing to straight lack of skills and cheese, we still had our mercy and our spirit had not diminished. Well things turned matters from bad to worse, like a Cadillac truck to a Cadillac hearse. We face a different team, also using Revoker and Autos. We load in, stick to our normal plan, we win two rounds back to back very quickly. You don’t even need to have a brain to realize what happened next. As soon as they realize that they will lose, they switch to Mountaintop and became even more cancer than the first team, they were constantly in a group spamming 3 MT shots at ONE person. Again we lose the next 5 rounds and the game. Also if you wanted to know, one of them messaged me, saying that I was garbage and to one 1v1, which I later did play him, absolutely bodied him, further proving my point that Mountaintop is for bots with no thumbs. After the game, my friend cries his heart, saying that he would never go Flawless, which was honestly heartbreaking to see, and we stopped playing for the day afterwards. TL;DR- Mountaintop is CANCER and people who use this gun because they know that they will lose if they dont and then teabag after words thinking they are good are just Thumbless Timmys. Lets have a conversation everyone, but do please keep the hate down to a minimum, I dont want to start beef with anyone.
