Issue started about a week maybe 2 weeks ago
Here are my specs:
36gb RAM - crosair Vengence ddr4 3600 MHz
2x WD blue SSD 2.5 inch Sata 1 Tb
Crosair AX1200i (power source)
Intel i9-10900k 3.7 GHz (processor)
Nvidia 2080 SUPER ventus 8gb GDDR6 x2
Asus ROG Maximus XII Hero (motherboard)
Here is video of the performance:

Before you ask:
Yes all my drivers are up to day, but i downgraded my drivers just in case and still didnt fix the issue
Yes windows is up to date, but i downgraded it to when it worked fine and still nada
Yes all my geforce and power settings are to high performance
No new software or update from my part on the game from when it was running smooth to now
Observation:
When i was running D2 the game was not using any of my VRAM (graphic card RAM) but it was using only 1-2gb out of 17gb and for some reason the GPU had 100% usage on task manager. AGAIN exclusively Destiny 2, other games use 2.5-4.5 gb however they want.

Yea that’s a pretty bad drop in frames. Try the stuff Haraam posted. There was an update about 2 weeks ago so something may not have applied properly. If the file verifications don’t work you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
