The two things are completely unrelated. I’ve got just as much a right to voice concerns as you do. Idk where you get off acting like you’re in some way superior because you don’t mind sunsetting. Calling people crybabies does nothing constructive to the situation. People like to use what they like to use. I’m sure you’re familiar with the phrase “you don’t pay my sub”? Same principle applies here. I couldn’t care less about the meta, I don’t want to re-earn the same gear over and over again. This is more an issue PVE wise in my mind. The PVP meta shifts regardless of light level. For me, this is purely about expecting Bungie to be more creative rather than be lazy. The loot table for the Prophecy dungeon should tell you all you need to know about the future to come. I expect the onus of creativity to be on the developer. There’s nothing unrealistic or childish about that. They should be making new loot appealing and exciting, not just rehash the same thing over again. How about that Beloved reskin? Just another point in my favor. There are more people out there angry about this than there are people just willing to take it. I dropped the game two months ago and only play occasionally now. This used to be my daily game. No, I’m not happy about things going forward. I’ve already got BL, and it’s gonna be the last chance I give Bungie. I don’t agree with their practices anymore. Look, you can think what you want, but you’re not in charge of anything. This is an open forum and people can express whatever they like here. Weapon usage doesn’t determine eligibility of criticism. I personally hate the meta, and would love a shift. This isn’t the way to do it though, and I expect better of Bungie. This is pure laziness, and allowing this will only worsen the game. You have full right to voice your opinion but I also have full right to discuss your breaking of TOS. You still didn't explain why there are so many games you played without opponents in trials. As for sunsetting either way it goes I honestly dont care if gear gets sunsetted or not considering I'm used to it from mmo's. (If done correctly) Re issued gnawing for example or any weapon immediately wasn't a good move on their part. I'm expecting reskins but also hoping for good new weapons in the mix too.

I don’t recall owing you an explanation. I’ve done nothing to break ToS. I’m sure you can put two and two together based on that information. What you’ve done, however breaks code of conduct under the name and shame/privacy rules. There are plenty of people out there doing what I do, and it hasn’t been punished this entire time. I’ve been playing games a long time, and I know what I can and can’t do. Try being a little less confrontational with strangers and you might find you’re happier in the long run. I’ve thrown a bone or two to people just like you. I’ve helped countless people that I don’t even know, and I don’t charge a dime. You’re right, I have no trouble going flawless legitimately. Between all my accounts, we’re talking 400+. I’m a fan of “work smarter, not harder” at this point. These days I find more enjoyment helping randoms go flawless, and I don’t think they should be paying people. Going flawless for myself is pointless after you’ve been so many times. As for sunsetting, you know... the point of my post? I have zero desire to earn the same guns, and the proof is literally in the current content that my fears about the game going forward are correct. Prophecy, umbrals, and even world drops are FILLED with rereleases, and it’s only going to get worse in the future if people accept sunsetting. I’m well aware that complaining in forums does little to persuade Bungie, but you can’t complain about changes going forward if you don’t voice your concerns anywhere that Bungie can see these things. It is what it is. Feel however you like. I’ve said my piece, and I’m not a fan of repeating myself to the same person.

Well when someone tends to complain constantly about something like sunsetting I'll take a peek at their loadouts. 77 flawless completions on his/her emblem. I'm familiar with trials so I checked dtr. 0 kd games for days. Ive got 18 flawless last season and dudes almost even with me in total kills and I'm a potato yet hes over 2kd? Maybe half his runs were legit out of 77? Sus af. Keep trying to defend scumbaggery tho. This was for the lols bro.
