It’s Destiny 2 and our bolts are still disappearing mid-blast when we die. Wtf Bungie.

Fusion rifles are a hot mess right now. Bungie went from nerfing Erentil's excessive range to making every fusion rifle archetype more inconsistent at any range. Whatever they did they need to undo in Beyond Light.
-
Same thing with LeMon's poison when you die
-
1 RespuestaThey dont disappear, part of the last nerf increased their spread and recoil. Farm rolls with stability masterwork, and stability perks. You can farm out the updated main ingredient from menagerie. Currently precision frame fusions seem to be the best.

3 RespuestasI like when I voop someone and I watch all the bolts hit them clean in the chest but they only lose like 40% of their shield. Then they turn around and 1 bang you with bastion and i ssy to myself, "why does this gun even exist?"
-
3 RespuestasFusion rilfes don't fire all the bolts at the same time. Think of it like a trace rifle, if you die buklets stop coming oit of the gun. They are hit scan in d2. But they don't fire all the bolts at once.
-
Oh no, your hitscan stops firing when you die. What a shame...
-
2 RespuestasEditado por Bore: 9/5/2020 2:44:20 AMFusions are Hitscan in D2. There is no mid blast because the bolts don’t travel. If you die right when you shoot, some of the shots won’t come out. Fusions don’t shoot every bolt at the same time, kind of like a pulse rifle, but not really. Think of it like a pulse rifle. If you die after 2 out of the 3 shots get fired, you won’t get the damage of the 3rd shot.
-
2 RespuestasNot that this excuses it, but tons of games (annoyingly) do this too. Fire a projectile, die and *poof* they're gone.
-
It’s Destiny 2 and our bolts are still disappearing mid-blast when we die. Wtf Bungie.
People don’t seem to understand what you’re actually talking about, but I do and it’s a real problem.
-
1 RespuestaId rather they address melee hits all to often dealing zero damage first. But yea, its been a problem for a moment.
-
13 RespuestasNo, can’t say that’s ever happened to me, seeing as telesto is the only fusion that this can happen to and even then, no
-
Yah it’s bullshit. I gave up hoping for a fix a long time ago. You literally watch them travel to the person and one hits and the rest just disappear. The must end up with 90% of the player base. Gone forever
-
I have tried many rolls on erentil, but my favorite is one of the first ones I got. Signal MS5 scope, ionized battery (increases ammo to 7), under pressure, high impact reserves, and a handling masterwork. Since we start out with two shots, I’m already well into the portion of the mag that gets affected by UP/HIR. It basically aims for me.

My memory of Fusions are fading
-
24 RespuestasDude there's a roll(that im not going to put here) that makes high impacts and adaptives consistent monsters
-
3 RespuestasSame with wardcliff coil, if you die mid-blast, all the projectiles haven't leave the weapon yet. It's not a problem, it a feature (and it doesn't seem wrong for me, but that's my personal opinion)
-
I guess and bungie’s eyes it’s intentional
-
1 RespuestaBeen an issue since D1 and still not fixed or even ever addressed by Bungie. Not once have they ever spoke about it. I’ve made posts like this and have seen posts like this for 5+ years not a word from Bungie. Either Bungie doesn’t care or they don’t know how to fix this. I think it’s a bit of both. Warlock Scatter Nades been broken since D1 as well, how they will randomly bounce in the air then disappear! I’ve seen multiple posts about it and made a few myself, again , Bungie never says anything.
-
My loaded question. Still rock though
-
1 RespuestaIts literally the only reason i die as much as i do with telesto. Now, i may be a scummy scum lord with the thing, but i digress. It would be great if the shots actually went out when you fired, because with ptp connection, there is going to be delay from that death, and it can be the difference in a trade.
-
I'm -blam!-ing sick of this issue. If your gun fires then all bolts should leave the gun and not disappear. This has been an issue since Destiny 1 Day 1. It also affects pulse rifles, primarily 4 and 5 burst, where you fire see hit markers die and then suddenly the rest of the burst stops too. WTF!
-
7 RespuestasI don't really notice it in D2, but I imagine it's like a thrown lethal disappearing in Modern Warfare if you die while its leaving your hand.
