Just because the Leviathan is being Vaulted doesn't necessarily mean that the Menagerie has to be as well.
Instead of Vaulting it, why not just update its enemies and loot? Heck, even throw some Champions in there. (Okay, maybe not that last bit).
It's still a relatively new activity. It's numbers are only low because you did nothing with it.
It's one of the most enjoyable activities in the game, in my opinion. It shouldn't be removed. Especially with so many Strikes and Nightfalls being Vaulted.

Nah, game development is hard. Let's just keep accreting and nuke old stuff to reduce disk space.

1 RespuestaI liked Sundial but it was around for only 3 months or so

Bungie: "B-but it's fun and we can't have anyone having fun!"
-
Editado por Tk: 7/28/2020 10:37:45 AMThey should instead rotate a few weapons into the lootpool each season. Make it a core activity like strikes.

I agree with your post. It is still fun. Bungie just need to update it so we can chase more loots to try to get our own god roll weapons or gears even if they have to use pre-existing current up to date loot pool (not the old stuffs that are sunsetting). Menagerie is the only 6 players "raid" that is matchmaking for everyone.

It will be back in Beyond Light with a new name and skin. I will bet money on it.

Editado por Jaybee4920: 7/27/2020 1:53:40 PMI'm fine with the Leviathan and other parts of it going....
They just better keep the Tribute Hall.
I'm ready for the Leviathan as a whole to disappear for a bit and all (or most) of the content to return with Witch Queen and be Taken, a la the Bad Juju mission on steroids.
-
Updated with new loot and new encounters that would be the best

15 RespuestasIf they ever do update it, it will come back. No point in it staying here when they don’t plan to update it yet.
-
I liked it when it first came out, once people learned what to do it was fun. Not like the full raids where it was stress and pain to just try to complete one. I wonder what the percentages of players playing today on the various activities is like (with and without dlc).
-
I'd personally rather see them repurpose it for future events (along with Sundial).

17 RespuestasThat’s literally the time frame for sunsetting stuff, it’s obviously not played nearly as much as you think or they would keep it in the game. Mars for example they said takes up 5% of the games space and is only used by .3% of players. Who know how much space the Leviathan is taking up. It’s honestly bigger than any other planet except maybe EDZ and Nessus.

No it should of got new enemies and new rooms to fight in and it should of evolved over time. Lets hope bunjie add something similar but on one of the pyramid ships. Shattered throne pit of herasy could do with their own unique weapons and add some new rooms rotating bosses weekly keep evolving the good parts of destiny not take it away or let it become irrelevant. Its a shame prophecy dungeon is leaving at the end of this season also.

Don't care if Pinnacle drops aren't in it.
-
Sucks, for me, it’s one of the few features of the game that has actual replay value. All they need to do is update with some new weapons/armour. How about vaulting some old exotic missions if space is such an issue? How many people replay Bad Juju, Whisper etc missions once they have got what they came for??
-
2 RespuestasLunar weapons are gone also lmao
-
I hobestly didnt think people still played it, im sure if it had lots of players it wouldnt get vaulted
