Video game genres. RPG vs. FPS
These are two of my favorite video game genres and I want to see which one people like more. Me personally, I like FPS games more but that’s because for some reason I get bored of RPGs faster then I do FPSs.
So I go with the genre that can hold my attention longer.

5 RespuestasRPGs are probably my second favourite genre of game. FPS are one of my least favourite. There's just more variety in RPGs as a genre, whether it's turn based vs action based, the kind of story it tells, whether it's dialogue-based decision-making or build-based decision-making. Plus I can always find an RPG that does something really interesting with its gameplay, or tells a really great story. Whereas a FPS is almost always generic in both its story and its gameplay, and never really does anything new or interesting. Platformers are my favourite genre though.
