Let blink reset every time we touch the ground. Having to run and wait to be able to activate it again is just ridiculous. At least add a cool down clock.
Of course if you have a justified reason as so why it operates this way please feel free to share bungie.

I mean it would to broken pvp to have it work the same way flight works with cook down but having some kind of clock system, I'm contemplating looking into a cheat program to see if any offer something like that.
