Have you gone in & made sure all upgrade ranks are claimed/checked off?

Yes all gifts/upgrades have been claimed for weeks now... the last one being the the half price astral element cost for focusing umbrals only available once you reach 21. And I had previously unlocked all the others before that one.

Can you provide a pic/vid showing these rows all being checked/claimed but still only being 20?

Well I went and looked at it and all were activated even going over each one to try and activate it again, then I got on here and went to take screen shots and Blood into Stone III wasn't activated now? So after activating it the triumph is now complete. Really weird, but all good now, thanks for the replies. Chris
