If consoles weren't slow and clunky (not to mention extortionate in price) you would see people flocking to them in droves.

Extortion 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have an X1X with a T5 SSD and honestly the Destiny loading times and menu up times are really, really fast(more than twice as fast than my base PS4) And in native 4K on my beautiful tv Destiny looks amazing. Stunning. You can currently buy an X1X, a T5 and a decent Samsung 4K TV all for less than half the price of just a top end desk top without a display.
-
Native 4k? Must be drunk ... Just an FYI I have an Xbox One X, Playstation 4 Pro and a gaming PC.

Editado por Bang-Bang: 7/7/2020 3:19:15 PMhttps://youtu.be/ofIgc6mrA0U Yes, native 4K P.S. I see you are still furiously posting but save your breath, I muted you right after you claimed Digital Foundry were wrong.
-
Ah I too like using misinformed Youtubers claiming dynamic resolution is full 4K too.
-
Dude you are what we in the industry call a “Flappy Mouthed Twonka” and are the kind of pathetic big-mouthed self- absorbed fool who can not be told anything. You’re only young so there’s time to improve and that is your only hope.
-
Must be looking in a mirror.

Try playing the game at 100+ FPS then switch to console and play at 30 (sometimes) FPS.. then you will understand. I have a one X and a SSD and it still loads slow compared to PC. I bet bungie will still lock FPS at 30 - 60 when the new consoles come out. They are awful at optimization and they will have to adjust for the players that won't upgrade. It'll take at least a year for Bungie to remove support for Xbox one/PS4 only then will you actually see the new consoles shine.
-
Yes the new consoles are my only hope. But I have played Destiny 2 on a 2080 and it was beautiful, I couldn’t stop just flying around on patrol on my sparrow as the FOV combined with the frame rate to produce a beautiful, gliding experience and I resolved to hurry up and get a hot PC but I have another hobby which is neglected and other expenses and just can’t justify the cost at the moment. But I would PVE on PC and pvp on X1X as I will always choose to play a game that works over a game that is broken.
-
Didn't Bungie already claim D2 on next gen will be 4K 60fps?
-
They said something along those lines, yeah. I very much doubt it. Everyone expected 4k 60 fps YEARS ago and it never happened. I'd much rather play 1080p at 120 FPS anyway.
-
If you don’t know who Digital Foundry are just do a little research and you’ll find they are the industry leaders in their field and talk to developers all over the world regularly including staff from Bungie whom they met and interviewed before their initial review of D2 on PC. There’s nothing wrong with not knowing something but once you’re fully aware of who Digital Foundry are you understand how ridiculous this other fellow was to call them “misled” or imagine that he might understand computer science at 1/100th the level of these good chaps. D2 most certainly is native 4K on X1X.
-
It also runs at 30 fps, so what's your point?
-
No point just that you doubted it and your buddy claimed that it wasn’t. Why do folks like you and your friend always turn discussion in to conflict? What’s so frustrating in your lives that you enter in to discussions about video games with a combative attitude?
-
Editado por Nerf: 7/7/2020 5:13:54 PMWhy is asking for a point in a conversation suddenly 'conflict'?
(not to mention extortionate in price).
i disagree

The last console I saw the pricing of on release was £500 almost. Half a grand. I could've built a seperate streaming rig with that if I'd so wished to. You're telling me that's fine? That'd be like Bungie billing you 100 bucks for the latest expansion.

I still disagree
