Why I think Sunsetting is a good thing
I think it’s a good Bungie is retiring some weapons, with new seasons coming packed with more weapons and other content.
Why make more weapons to use if you just keep using the same gun over and over?
Who knows there could be even better weapons than the one your using right now
Don’t cry and get in a fit because its retiring
Just try a variety of other guns you can use

You totally missed the point entirely as to why players dislike sunsetting. Bungie is capping our guns and then reissuing the [i]exact same guns with the exact same perks. [/i] It's not crying. It's a valid complaint.

Honestly I don’t see why using the same weapons over and over is a bad thing. I know a few people who don’t change their load out much but sill enjoy the game. They’ll probably just move on to whatever weapon it most like their old ones and use that for as long as they can. So much for “trying to get players to use new weapons”. And if some people’s favorite weapons get reissued then they’ll just switch back to that and nothing has changed. It’s really just stuff like mountain top or breakneck (stuff pretty much everyone used) that Bungie considers a problem (that could have just been fixed with a nerf but no this is 100% better and I’m not being sarcastic about that).

Reissuing is the problem. Gnawing hunger is a prime example

"Packed with new weapons" But that will never happen. Any weapon with be a reskin of what we have with crap pointless perks.
