Oh I see your problem... You only look at internet speed and not the real important stuff as in how good that internet signal is. So why not start with running a full internet diagnostic. Also do the basic. Resetting your router and then clearing your system's cache.

Attitude gets you no where. Blame thin air as it does not care. But unless you step up and start sorting things out on your end first your problems will continue.

Aye. Packet Loss/Jitter is what OP needs to be checking. Preferably whilst the game is running. Can be done from the XB1 settings I believe.
