Unfortunately 2 of the 3 kinetc pulse are raid drops. A lot of regular, average, casual players don't or aren't able to do raids. So far the cold denial isn't impressing.

I have full sets of Last Wish armour, most Last Wish weapons and a couple of the Taken armour mods from doing this a couple of seasons back. Basically go to the Wishing Wall (guide shows how) and enter the ‘code’ by shooting the symbols (guide shows this). Then do the easy jump puzzle (even I can do it) and open the chest. Once per week, per character. Note that 1k voices is not available this way.
