Do this test. Go to the Shooting range at a very low power level. Shoot a yellow bar. Count the number of shots needed to kill it(750 Trust from drifter). Raise your power level as high as you can. The shots needed to kill the yellow bar are the same regardless of the power level. So, thinking sun setting weapons may not have a detrimental effect on how many shots to kill, may just lower your level to gatekeep you out of activities.
