Why is Pinnacle Protection not a thing yet?
For rewards that are limited in number every week, why is there no protection on duplicates? Why is there no smart system that detects whether or not you have a piece in this slot already?
Last week 4 of my pinnacles were Class items. This week, of the 4 I've done, 4 were special weapons. For what reason are we playing if this does not get resolved? Why would we bother leveling up and getting pinnacles if we only get duplicates?
Destiny has so many problems it's not even fun to play anymore. And it's not the style or content that's not fun, it's the mechanics. The bugs, the issues. So many bugs that affect players in a negative way are left unanswered for months upon months. Yet we get a single good and fun glitch that helps people progress in this game and it get shot down a week later. I get that not all bugs are equal and some take more time to fix. But at least let us know you are working on them and know they exist. At least test your game data before sending out an expansion.

2 RespuestasI quit playing before the end of last season.. it’s specifically why I quit. I was almost rank 300 but couldn’t get above 1026.. Titan 1026, Warlock and Hunter 1025. I did 40 pinnacle challenges, in a matter of two or three weeks, but only received 4 pieces of armor but 2 were duplicates,, nothing but weapon rewards. ( I did all the Iron Banner pinnacles for all three Guardians during that time) Couldn’t even break 1030 for Master difficulty. I’m done paying to play if they are going to -blam!- with me like that. Bullshit. Your post helped.. I wasn’t the only one. I’ll stay away and wait to read the complaints after the next DLC.

3 RespuestasDo you really need to hit 1060 in the first day? Cuz thats what would happen. People are 1060 this week pretty easilly, rng or not. They are quite literally max level after 16 days of a new season, in which there are 95 more days to do so. In what other game do you reach max level that quickly? I haven't been doing every pinnacle or anything and yet im 1058. Do I even need to mention how being max level does basically nothing? There is no activity in the game that requires max light except GM nightfalls (if you didnt do them last season, and lets be honest, if youre interested in end-game stuff you already did them last season). Dungeon is easy, trials/iron banner doesnt have much, if any benefit at all for if youre within 5/10 light... and thats it. Literally no reason to cry about this.
