Been an issue since D1

Wrong! Regular engrams have never in D2 given items for a different class up until this season started, and only then because of a bug. In D1 it happened, but not in D2.

This issue has just started happening commonly again.

It hasn’t stopped. Bungie has never fixed it. Ever.

Sorry. But it truly hasn’t. This is a common issue, and has been an issue since Bungie made the game. It has never stopped, as it seems to always be random. Some have the issue, some don’t. I only get titan items, on a warlock. Go figure. So yeah. Have two accounts, and know this issue well.
