I play on PS4 Pro on a Warlock and ever since this patch dropped I’ve had the sprint bug but also a jump bug. What’s happening is that if I press X(jump) shortly(about 1 second at most) before touching the ground my character will automatically jump back up once it touches the ground. This is really annoying for platforming or skating because I’m jumping without intending to and it’s getting me killed a lot in PvE and PvP. Happens regardless of sub class and load out. My friends who are a hunter and Titan do not have these issues however other people are saying they are getting it as well. Is this something on the radar that’s being looked into at all? I can make a video showing it if it helps.

Yup it is on every char. Go to the tower to try it out on a hunter.

Thank -blam!-, it isn’t just me! Bungie fixed the sprint bug but now jumping is busted! I hope they quickly patch this issue as well.

Editado por Descolada_Omega: 6/18/2020 11:47:27 PMOn PS4 pro, having this exact issue since button mapping was released and it's very annoying on Warlock. I would really like to see this listed on the confirmed controller mapping bugs post. It feels like activating jump in order to glide right before hitting the ground keeps jump 'active' after landing resulting in an unintended hop.

1 RespuestaI'm with ya, but it's not just for the warlock. I've noticed it when you input the jump command close to when the character hits the ground. The game will give you the glide downwards, then jump once the character hits the ground. This problem is with all classes in the game. The issue is also when you try to mantle, sometimes the character will jump immediately after the mantle animation, making you jump backwards.

Editado por N00BxV1: 6/18/2020 8:24:42 PMI'm on PC (controller) and have also noticed this with all classes, but it's definitely more noticeable on Warlock because of the way their jump works. It's like the jump action is being buffered when pressed in air, and after touching the ground it will unintentionally do a "hop". Very annoying.

Can confirm this is happening, also it does happen with the other classes. Very very annoying, hopefully they find a fix soon!

1 RespuestaAlso happens on Xbox and I don't think it's a bug exclusive to Warlocks, though it is most noticeable on them. I'm hoping this gets fixed too.

1 Respuestathis most likely wont be changed as its been a thing since d1 and its not class specific

1 RespuestaI am on Xbox, and haven’t experienced this. Is your controller having issues?
