So my entire engram inventory is filled with umbrage engrams and I got all of them before I was able to talk to the drifter so I cant hen decode them and the only way I feel like I am able to decode them is if I accept the umbrage engram that he gives you after completing a quest which I can't because I've reached the max capacity and I can't get rid of any engrams that I have on me right now because they're all unbridgeed engrams and I can't decode any of them
