Pre order content not available on xbox
Hi I pre order the sept deluxe pack through the game have had my email confirmation from Microsoft yet I can't claim my Free instant rewards in game at cryptarch

1 RespuestaFrom the XBox dashboard open the Manage option on the D2 game and make sure it shows the items and that they are installed. If it shows them, but not as installed then select the install option. Once installed you can start the D2 app, or if it was already running, close it and restart it. Then the items should be at Rahool.
