HAving the same problem. Works fine on PC (where I first played Season of Arrival) and when I play on PS4 it just shows me as light lvl 0 and black emblem. I also can't load into anything. It's been 24 hours now since the first try and nothing. I did do the intro quest on my Warlock first on PC. Afterwards I atempted it on my Titan on PS4, which is when the issues started. No idea if this information helps. Only thing I haven't tried is disabling and re-enabling cross save, but that would take a long time (plus I can't disable it because I purchased silver for the season pass on steam).

If you disable cross save you need to wait 90 days before re-enabling it, unless they've changed that

My question is are you using an external SSD? when I transferred it to my local storage it worked. I tried formatting the SSD and moving it back, and still got the 0 power and no ship showing up in orbit. I noticed after i started using the SSD that when traveling to another system the background animation would move as they went into warp, but the ship would not always move with it. I'm wondering if it's related. I'm currently moving it back to system storage until it's resolved. EDIT: I'm guessing it's not SSD but cross save related. If i log in to the ps4 i have 0 power, If i log in on my xbox (original account) it works normally, then if select the character on the PS4 again (which kicks out the xbox player giving a weasel error code. it loaded up fine on the PS4
