Nascent Dawn 1/5 - Sleeper Node Missing
On quest Nascent Dawn 1/5 I have the Override Frequency, however when I go to the Dynamo Arch location the node doesn't appear. I have verified with guides from several websites that I am in the correct location. I hadn't attempted this prior to the latest weekly reset. This issue was seen on PS4, have not tested on PC yet.
Another user on [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/destiny2/comments/h02crb/sleeper_node_bugged/]Reddit [/url]states their friend is on the Nodes and Protocols quest step, and the Dynamo Arch sleeper node is not appearing for them either.

I have just done this step and you have to combine the 4 pieces you collect to enable the node you work...... i am on SP4

[u]SOLVED[/u] You must have the IKELOS_HC_V1.01 hand cannon equipped prior to loading into the area with the Sleeper Node in order to access it. Confirmed this with a friend who was having trouble finding the node, they equipped the hand cannon and the node was there.

This bug exists still, as of July 1, 2020. If the problem can't be fixed by Beyond Light, we may need an updated quest for each

Just checked, still bugged and unable to progress further in quest. Be dumb if I can't get the exotic after Mars gets vaulted because of the bug.

I am also stuck on this Nascent Dawn 1/5 because the node isn’t there. I also can’t progress with the Machine’s Gun Quest because I can only generate the same override frequency over and over. I feel like I am going to miss out on two weapons. Grinding for nothing. Please fix it.

The Nascent Dawn quest (1/5) gave me the Dynamo/ Arch node, which is not there, and I cannot make other override frequencies from the stems (this is also true for other characters). Discarding the frequency and creating a new one results in being given the same code again. Please help.

Same issue. Deleting a the Dynamo approach arch override frequency and creating a new one gives me a Dynamo approach arch again. I don't see other nodes that were previously visibly too. Like the one behind the tanks opposite to Ana's glass window (A cabal boss spawns here). I don't want to miss out on these weapons. :(

Same with me on pc. Dismantling and abandoning doesn't help.

Having the exact same issue. On quest step for Sleeper and Polaris however the node is missing for both steps. I only have 1 character and I've never gotten this quest before. I'm trying to get these quests done prior to Fall Expansion because they are removing mars from the lineup of patrol zones.

Bump. Same issue on pc. Resetting quest didn't work, even made a new character and played through the Mars campaign to check if it was character specific.

bump for awareness.. Although I have completed the whole Nascent Dawn quest, I did load into Mars and traveled to the location and the node is definitely missing.

Confirming the same. There is an additional thread here stating the same problem: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/256276559 There are also numerous posts in the Destiny subreddits stating the same problem. I hope a quick patch can address this soon!
