This fall's expansion is only 105g total, it's 96g now n with a new season tomorrow, adding 3-4g this means the sept expansion adds just 5-7g, SK was 6g.
All but confirmed another 1 planet fall expansion and another VERY light year ahead, very very wary of buying now. Promised myself I was buying into another year like this, and my fears look to be very real.

5 RespuestasTaken king only had dreadnaught, and it's literally one of if not the most well received expansion Size does not equal quality
-
Idk, I might opt in in September. Depends on if they fix the gd progression system. Imo it sucks as it stands now. Haven't really played much in a few season. I basically say forget after maybe a few hrs when it comes to bringing LL....and the infusion layers are terrible.....I might skip September actually.

2 RespuestasThe thing you don't know is that they will take away planets. Io, Titan, Mars, Mercury. Don't buy the DLC, you will SPEND 70euros/dollars for removing content. This is just outrageous.
-
Quality over quantity. Bungie always knocks it out the park with fall expansions in my opinion. Oh and only one fall expansion has had two planets and one of those we played for like 3 weeks and then forgot about. Oh and the cosmodrome is returning for free as well.
-
21 RespuestasYou're making a judgement on the quality of an expansion based solely on the size of the download in gb, which in itself is subject to change? The expansion is months off, we've seen nothing of it yet, but you're judging it by its download size? This forum is totally nuts.
-
2 RespuestasJust buy it anyway. You know you want to.
do it
5 RespuestasIf it’s same quality as shadowkeep and 40 bucks I’m out
-
8 RespuestasIf it's another planet it will be as lifeless as the rest of the boring planets in this game because this company doesn't know how to keep things relevant or even update things properly. It gives a whole new meaning to that "evolving world". Destiny only sits at 114 GB while some game sit at a 100 more than this game so adding 5-7g isn't anything knowing this company will leave most of the content barebone.
-
1 RespuestaCurious but what is (or was) your expectation? Keep in mind that Bungie no longer has the resources or the extra studios lending a hand at making content, so it could very well be more akin to Shadowkeep both in size and overall content.

1 RespuestaI just dont understand.....why 5 days after CYBERPUNK2077......WHY?!??!

Editado por Dirty8Speciall: 6/9/2020 7:08:24 PMIt's going to be more of the same, packaged in a hype wrapper with extra nostalgia to mask that all they're really doing is recycling content instead of creating new stuff because content is hard and after 6 years it's pretty clear they just can't produce. Activision wouldn't have just thrown profits away, they saw this shit coming when they had to keep bailing them out with other studios.

Editado por WhoDey215: 6/9/2020 12:20:54 AMWon’t be buying then. Bungie has killed their own franchise
-
1 RespuestaSunsetting kinda killed it for me. I have stopped playing since they dropped that TWAB (guilty of still logging in to get Felwinters and see the live event). I am not preordering anything regardless of whats in the reveal. Gotta play the waot and see approach now. Maybe going f2p come September.
-
This new season will likely have some grindy public event, scant rewards for doing said public event (IF you buy the season pass), a diminished loot pool, and otherwise recycled content. Oh.. but there will be some lore that you can go read, I guess. Not to mention, still no true anti-cheat.

2 RespuestasEditado por TrevorRambo2: 6/9/2020 8:13:03 AMI don't wanna think it but I think Destiny has lived its life. The next expansion could be the end of the player base and such. Truly fitting, the darkness was a metaphor about Bungie if you think about it. Bungie: "You made it. We have heard your cries for help, and soon we will answer." Us: Who are you?" Bungie: Don't you recognize us? We are not your friend. We are not your enemy. We are your salvation." 😂 Salvation to getting people to find other games lmaoooo

1 RespuestaIt follows, given they haven’t gotten a huge infusion of cash for Destiny or a new publisher. Without either of those, they can only do so much with the franchise. Probably why they announced the next two years of expansions, the rate of content production has plateaued. This game is just an “every now and then” pastime for me now as opposed to daily or weekly.
-
You no need worry about it anyway
-
1 RespuestaBeen on the fence about getting the next expansion. Ill probably wait till I see some worthwhile information aside from the marketing team's superb hype trailer this time around
-
5 RespuestasYou'll buy =)

Editado por TonnoSenpai: 6/9/2020 9:01:00 AM105 gb is for that season, if you read they write subject to change, and you know big size is not= good content , look base d2
-
I’m not pre ordering bungie has show they are better at hype than actually delivering content
-
4 RespuestasIt's a fair extrapolation... but we only have to wait <24 hours to see what Bungie's hype machine is revealing. Per usual, it will probably very hard to tell how much content is really there. But... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 15 times, shame on me.
-
1 RespuestaBungie are masters of hype and what they show us tonight for season 12 will look awesome. YouTubers will be on fire telling us how Bungie will turn it around, how great it'll be. Look at all the new shiny stuff. Hopefully it will be true, this time, maybe. We'll just have to wait and see.
-
It depends. It most likely (90% likely) that it's a shallow addition very similar to Shadowkeep with rehashed Nightmare-esque bosses, considering it's the same pyramid enemy. There is a miniscule chance it might affect the entire game with a new breed of enemies added in to every location as in TTK. Judging by the most recent year of D2, I'd say it's a good bet it will be a decent idea with limitless potential that will be half-assed into not quite adequate by Bungie.
-
I mean, people will buy it. There are alot of suckers out there, alot.

2 RespuestasThe taken king only introduced the dreadnaught, whats the issue with one destination?
