You do have cross-save active, according to you profile. In most cases, when there are no characters on one of the platforms (other than the main save), it is because users are logging into the wrong account. So, please make sure you are logging in using the correct account.

Yes it is the same account it shows the same name when I check steam and the account it’s linked too. Will it have any effect if the game on ps4 is uninstalled?

Two accounts can have the same name, as it's only a profile name. The unique identifier is the Steam ID, which you can check, as Tuxy pointed out, by typing /id into the in-game chat window. If you copy and paste that id here, we can check it for you.

i have tried loggin into all the steam accounts i have linked to my email none of them are the account those are all the ones i have the account its linked too is JustSlayerr but my account has three ys not two so now does that mean the account is lost

You'd need to work with Steam support regarding an issue with a Steam account. You can get their info here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1223-qroc-4460 Also, Steam account recovery article: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5421-QTFB-3090 During the Steam account recovery process, you should be able to see all accounts associated with the same email.

I don’t even care about the character or the exotics I just want my licenses transferred I guess there’s nothing that’s possible besides buying the dlcs again I’ll keep trying tho

when i check my steam launcher when i click info it says my friends see me as treeguardian97 and when it signs out it says sign out of justslayerrr

The justslayerrr (3 Rs), is the unique account name you use to log in; treeguardian97 is the profile name of that account. Profile name can be changed at any time, unique account name cannot. Do you perhaps have justslayerr (2 Rs) as another (unique) account name?

I tried none under the name JustSlayerr come up it’s just my account with three ys
