Shotgunning is so unskilled and hilarious to watch
I have been in at least 3 matches and I just started like 30 mins ago and everyone is abusing shotguns with slides. It is hilarious to watch all the unskilled players do the same thing over and over again because they lack thumb skill for the use of a primary.
I am happy to watch them kill each other when I use Chromatic Fire for explosion kills.
I swear the drought of primaries only hurt some
of yall egos badly. What is crazy is that it is majority Hunters or Titans with a team of 2-3 players running around team rushing.
Bungie, make the sandbox fun again and no more maps designed around not using your brain but allowing special weapons to be your skill.

I can see this getting pretty stale by the end of next season but a lot of people love their shotguns so let them have their fun. Just posting to show that some people agree with your opinion. As we wait for a scout rifle meta. One day... one, day.

7 RespuestasSo glad Felwinter's has basically turned out to be a Mindbender's clone. Doesn't have overly insane range. There must be a range cap for shotties because with the perks it has, it should clearly out-range of mindbender's. Still can't tell what, if anything, shot package is actually doing.

The sandbox shouldn’t suffer for pvp balance. That’s why this game sucks. Pvp should deal with the chaos. You want fair and square, don’t play games with reality bending powers and weapons. Don’t know what to tell you beyond that slick. This isn’t rocket science. You play a game with crazy powers, you get a crazy game.

1 RespuestaTo be honest there isn’t a single gun in this game that requires “skill” to use shotguns are generally easy to play around with since the meta encourages CQC encounters, fusion rifles are even easier than shotguns and snipers in this game have an @ss load of aim assist and bullet magnetism. The only thing that really takes skill is being able to predict enemy movement / decisions paired with map knowledge and combining all 3 to do extremely well. But that all just comes with overall play time and experience.
