Why is magic often used as a get out of jail free card when over times it can’t be used to do anything? For example, some kind of mags could summon a portal to another realm within seconds, yet when they need to use the enemies portal it takes them like forever to open? Or better yet how can magic literally break the laws of physics in every single universe and not have any form of repercussions? The laws of physics are there to keep the universe intact!
