Hello
I have played 3790 hours in Destiny 2 and someone logged into my account this morning and deleted all three characters.
Last night I finished the GM Nightfall at 2am ET. Today at 12:30 pm everything was already erased.
My friends tell me that they saw me connected at 9am today, but Xbox Live does not register any connection at that time, it had to be a hacker or something similar.
At 9:38 am I received an email from Xbox Live "This message is to notify you that your Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement."
How could this happen if according to Xbox Live I was not connected? Obviously some hacker did this.
I know that Bungie's policy says that they do not recover characters deleted by unauthorized people, but in this case that was a hacker.
Please help!
Thank you!

1 RespuestaEditado por ScottF 2112: 5/6/2020 9:34:58 PMHere is what one website says about that Xbox message. I'm going to guess that you got a 24-hour communication suspension, which mutes your account from mic-use and messaging (but you are still able to play multiplayer games). This is typically the result of trash talking over the mic or sending profane Xbox messages to others. Regardless of what happened, think about your past behavior on Xbox Live, and please read the Xbox Code of Conduct to help yourself avoid any other violations in the future. So... That message looks like it could be legit while you weren't on line if they enforced the ban based on someone reporting you. Maybe whoever reported you (if that happened) was able to guess your password (or maybe you are also on Steam?). Sorry for your loss. On a positive note... when you start over there is a ton of stuff to do in the game again.

8 RespuestasNothing Bungie will do. They don’t restore characters that have been deleted, regardless of circumstances.
