With the release of New Light, several changes took effect. One of them is that Forges are no longer accessed from in-world Patrol. You can use the activity node on the map of the EDZ on the left side to access the current Forge. The available Forge rotates daily. If you're after a specific forge, wait until it's the Forge of the day and then you can access it through that activity node.
