You guys dropped the big one this time after grinding all those bounties for Heir Apparent and it’s not even a pinnacle light drop!
That was all I needed for 1010 across all my weapons and armour but no, NO NO, it has to drop at my current light level.
I mean, what goes in your game design meetings??????
Let’s leave it at current light level?

Event rewards always drop at your level and have done that since season 5.

exotics from quests dont drop at pinnacle never have and never will.

The Truth dropped on one of my alts at 1000 where as Deathbringer dropped at my base lvl. There’s no rhyme or reason. It’s whatever. The player has no way of knowing for certain unless they post a question. Another less known tidbit to share. If you play PVP and get spawned into a match in progress there’s a chance your bounties will not progress. You’re wasting your time playing the match if you’re looking for bounty completion.
