Seriously Bungie the drop rate of Forge Shells Vs Weapons is abysmal-
Ive get a Ghost Shell every single forge completion! No exception ... You wanna know how many weapons iv gotten to drop? 3 ... I've run 7 to 8+ forges a day on each class (so around 30 total daily) for nearly a full week straight and gotten 3 weapons and that's not encluding the two I got from doing bounties ... That's ridiculous. I get more weapons from Reckoning and that's saying something considering like 60% of the time I dont even get a blue drop off that crap ... I started counting and just today iv gotten 9 shells off JUST my Warlock!
Iv gotten 1 BadFox, 1 Swift Ride, and 1 Hoosegow ... And none of them were any good!
Edit: Wow so I had not noticed this post blow up like it had XD So umm yeah I ALWAYS make sure I'm getting Max Temper and I'm STILL not getting anything and yes I know the Sparrow/Ghost are in two different loot pools. I was simply making a point that one always drops while the other doesn't seem to drop at all really. Weapons are the entire point of running the Forges after all and I just kinda find it funny we don't get random Sparrow/Ghost drops anywhere else (still hunting the Moon Sparrow, Ghost, and the Shaders T^T) but in a Forge, they drop like Glimmer ... And we can't get the Shaders from the different forges UNLESS I get a curated roll which I've only EVER gotten once ...

How do people not understand how year and half old content works. “Wah, I did last wish 10 times and anarchy still hasn’t dropped, wah” yeah no sht fool 😂 I wonder why lol. Wearing celestial nighthawk while using tether complaining that the otherside sparrow took their exotic drop in a strike 🤦♂️ Dude also says he’s got 9 ghosts on his warlock when you only need to do a forge 5 times for the medal so how bad are you at killing things with abilities or even just kills 😂😂😂

1 RespuestaI would suggest you farm ether doctor in the edz lost sectors, it can roll scopes and has a better drop rate with a good perk pool....

Yes Bungie has drop rates at an abysmal level, yes it is a problem; but you are the one running 20+ forges a day. Just stop, don't play their game, their way. Play the amount you enjoy, then get off and give it a rest. I understand you will not have every single pixel artifact in the game, it is OK.

3 RespuestasWait - there's weapons? I've gotten one to two Ghost Shells at Gofannon each time I do it with each of my 3 characters. I had no idea it gave anything except Ghost Shells.

4 Respuestas650 forges trying to get different roll for dead man and the g- 42 out of those it dropped 14 g-42 and 10 dmw ! out of those half had mag perks in both slots and 4 had pulse monitor and handing mw or reload mw. the rest had some of said perks . i got 2 that where close to what id like to try but still got handling mw. this game makes it IMPOSSIBLE to try different perks do to low drop rate duplicate rolls Why theses are so low makes no sense would it brake the game if it was a little more rewarding but i guess the ghosts and sparrow is good enough. I ran 80 forges in one run to FINALY get a deadman just to delet it bc it was total crap! this game should be fun and and leave you feeling like you had fun but thats not the case. And im not asking for somthing to drop everytime you do anything in this game but this is stupid!

after every completion of Volundr I get the sparrow, after every completion of Gofannin I get the ghost Where was this drop rate when I needed it in the Dreaming City / Shattered Throne, in the Malfiecence quest

4 Respuestasi ran it for three days trying to get one drop of a certain weapon. I won't say which but suffice it to say i got multiple copies of nearly every weapon except the one i was looking for. This is my issue with Destiny. I spend more time doing tedious BS that i don't want to do just get a weapon to use in what i actually want to do. I ran forges so much I was drained and quit after like two pvp games. I was so refreshed the other day when i logged into Warzone to play the plunder mode and i just played the plunder mode. I didn't have to like go play 10 hours of zombies or story missions. I'm not much for old mmos. i'm a first person shooter player so man i wish in pvp you got every pvp gun by just playing pvp and unlocking them. I get that that's not what many people want. But my two cents. Now off to delete my hoosegows and sparrows.
