So yeah, according to the video, dataminers found Felwinters hidden in the game like all Dataminers do. Obviously this is subject to change as Bungie see's fit... but... If you don't want to watch the video, here's a break down of what is says: According to the video, there's a quest for it, and it's perks are Full Choke, Accurized Rounds, Slide Shot and Opening Shot with it's intrinsic perk being Shot Package... with the same text description as in D1, and it has a full range masterwork. It has slightly higher impact than an aggressive frame with less RPM. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say this comes from Iron Banner at some point. And everyone will be grinding for it... if it ever goes live. Keep in mind Datamined info is not set in stone, and can change or never be released. Case and point... Wardcliff was Datamined in D1 during... Rise of Iron if I remember correctly, but never released until D2.
