Io seraph towers dead already
Just spent over an hour server hoping looking for an active event, no one seems to be interested, it was only for my silly weekly but can't even be arsed to bother trying anymore, is it bungie like when escalation was a thing limited server space or is it already a dead event, unless bungie can pull out something enjoyable soon the games gonna die, I've been playing d2 since day 1 but never been as tired of it since the start of this season, according to my friends I'm 107 on psn on site named time wasted on d2 for spending most time in activities, got just 2 million in game kill that I'm sure of lol, now I'm hardcore destiny if I'm bored there's defo something wrong

Escalation protocol mixed with forge - nothing new. They also ruin the surrounding areas. The EDZ lost a great public event site. On the moon the area is empty most of the time so doing patrols is a pain. IO lost it's best public event too. Just the usual lazy garbage from Luke and "The Team".

Most people already maxed out the IO bunker day 1 bro so no reason to deal with running the exact same activity that was on EDZ and the MOON.....The real problem here is Bungie likes to cut corners and save themselves time and energy by reskinning enemies and calling it a new species or taking the same activity and putting it on multiple planets forcing players to grind it out when they could do there actual job and make it fun by idk changing up the mechanics on each seraph tower the way that public events are different but Bungie is putting alot of time and energy into a new IP now which is why Destiny 3 is not being talked about anymore but they seem to think if they shit on this game why would anybody in there right mind play another game they make if they will just shit on that one too!? 🤷🏽♂️

Just start the event solo. For some reason 90% of the time you'll be joined by 2 or 3 others pretty quickly. Can't stress having a warmind cell build enough if you want to complete with only a couple of other guardians.

I hate that they put them on some of the best public event sites, and I can't wait for them to -blam!-ing disappear. They should have been placed in a closed section with matchmaking capabilities. And on a different note they should alter Mars Escalation Protocol, to only be in one of the areas and have it be matchmade, as they interfere with public events which makes flashpoint take for goddamn ever, because public events never count if they are part of the EP. And there are never enough people to play to the seventh boss to get the sword catalyst done. They should make it count when hurting every boss in an amount that scales up percentage wise as higher you go.

Spawn in at a location where the towers are not, ride your sparrow to the place where you enter the area of the towers(I usually get the loading icon). Get off your sparrow and walk to the towers. This usually works about 75% of the time for me. 2. If there is no one at the towers, start anyway, it increases the chance of people dropping in to join you. The downside of this is that the 1st run will probably not get completed. Hope this helps. Also try doing them around the time of the weekly and daily reset.

Its the weekend now. Most players have already done the weekly bounties so it becomes a im not doing it cause ive done it thing. Simple solution is add matchmaking.

They should have made it be a matchmaking thing, I've done the EDZ one a number of times but only the Moon and Io once, mostly just for the mods

I never ran it on IO or the Moon... EDZ at least has a fast travel point. In a looter shooter, there needs to be a loot stream for activities. Weapons are kewl, but I don't think good perks are possible and armor always rolls with low stats.

2 of my buds asked me to play with them a few days ago, and one of them said it best: "Having this many people on the public event is rare, we need to do these now before anything else." That was on Io. I've still never even seen an active one on the moon, and the number of EDZ completions I've had is maybe 5 to 7 if I had to guess. Granted I am not playing this season much at all (level 21 of the battle pass after a month. For perspective I'm 3x as far on the Modern Warfare one in just over a week), but that's still bad. Really bad.

But hey... hardcore, top PvP players got their beloved Trials. I hope they're having a blast playing it because that's where Bungie said they spent their time for this season.

I couldn't even do it on the first week it was active. That just shows how boring and pointless this content is. This seasons content was dead before it even started.

2 RespuestasThe event is boring, the loot is boring, its a public event which sucks even more. The best way to fix issues like these is to add matchmaking, the game is far more enjoyable when you have other players assisting you. If you look at the last season with the osiris guns, I at least didn’t really find them worth grinding for, the only reason I bothered to still play and enjoy it was because it had matchmaking and that made the grind more fun. It was also fun helping out other players trying to do it but were under leveled. Matchmaking truly fixes a ton of issues on this game, whoever though public event was the way to go seriously messed up.

1 RespuestaIt's not just the public event that's dead it's this season in general that's dead an bungie making excuses every single TWAB as to why they don't fix things quickly is just more proof these guys are totally incompetent at what they do for a living, because even with all the feed back they have had they are still launching guardian games event making us do yet more bounties that we have all voiced very loudly is boring as -blam!- an not content.

We’re they ever alive? I don’t know cause I never even attempt to do the towers. The game of throw little orange ball at big orange ball is really weak. This season was D.O.A.

Whole seraph things rubbish. Edz bunker at lvl 1, moon 0, havent even visited the IO. About the only difference for me that I can see it's made....I'm half the season rank level of some of my clan who've been doing it to death. Big wow. Oh but wait....theres still ages to level up, so who cares.

I played half a game of seraph towers before i got annoyed and bored. It really doesn't compare to other public events that area really fun to play if I happen to pass one when I'm in a patrol area.
