Yep Seals, emblems, etc. are a way to flex how much time you wasted. Most people can do anything they want in this game if they are willing to put in the time. I think it's pretty obvious that Bungie only has a skeleton crew working on the game right now, so I wouldn't expect much. I'm sure the IB pinnacle was pulled out of the last season when they realized they had so little for this season. It is what it is and I wouldn't expect many changes. They may or may not have people working on the next expansion. Some of the things said by our game director makes me wonders if an evolving world means we'll continue to get these small updates that focus more on trying to sell microtransactions and getting new players rather than keeping the dedicated happy? I also feel like a lot of little tweaks go a long way. Like why can't we get upgrade materials from some PVP activity like IB? How about a weapon bounty for some of the harder to get weapons. How about extending the loot pool for some of the exotic weapons and catalyst? Why is glimmer so hard to get and capped so low. Bungie rarely comments or acts on anything in this forum. Occasionally they will let their developer know... You know they named their trash been Developer. So your feedback will be passed along.
