Same here. I haven't been able to do anything on XB1 since 03/22/20. I'm getting no response from Bungie Help on Twitter so I came here & it looks as though you are all getting the NON response that I'm getting "no response and no support" style. I know they have to work from home and I am completely sympathetic, but they have computers at home...right?!!! Js
