What do you mean flawed? I don’t see how it’s flawed. Bungie didn’t say that the game will match you with opponents on the same win. They said it will try to, which it does. Doesn’t sound flawed to me. My guess is that it searches for games on your win and if can’t find any it expands by 1 win both ways until it does. You probably got unlucky, which was my point earlier.
