Don’t confuse weapon retirement with Bungie creating awesome weapons
I see a lot of misguided souls who think that weapon retirement means Bungie can create better and more awesome weapons.
NONE OF THAT IS HAPPENING.
What is really happening is Bungie is taking your weapon and putting it in another part of the game, changing he skin and making you regrind it.
Nothing less nothing more. It will not improve the game is the slightest and just force you to grind for your god roll in 9 months all over again. No benefit to the player what so ever.

7 Respuestasi mean if that is what happens this game will eat itself. And poo out the player base. But if they keep their promise, I see a much more exciting loot system then what we have now. How about they keep a basic set of legendaries that never retire, and are middle of the road trusty classics. meanwhile, they can go back to making pinnacle weapons like recluse, loaded question, and wendigo that are easier to get, but only last a year.
