Bungie please don't make D2 into D1
Ok look I get that you don't want people running around in raids and PvP with the same meta weapons and armor, but do remember that alot of these people aren't the status quo that some players fun play destiny for fun using their own builds and weapons that they enjoy because of the look or feel that the weapons and armor have too them. A lot of my friends stopped playing D1 because of the fact their favorite armors and weapons were locked out from getting past a light level because they were year 1 or year 2 weapons and armor. Now because of your post about thinking of locking out power levels in D2 from go past a point UNLESS they are new armor and weapons, my friends aka my Fireteam is thinking of leaving D2 and not ever picking up a Destiny game again. They aren't the only ones either so many people who don't have a voice that can be heard online because they are just PVE players nothing more then that but love the PVE have also said that this could be the breaking point for them to just leave Destiny. So please Bungie I don't want to see the ONLY FPS game I play and have fun with to go down in flames.

I'd rather have them make D2 into D1. You know why? Because D1 ended up being a far greater game than D2.

4 RespuestasD1 is still the superior game. Had Bungo started D2 where D1 left off it might have been a better game than the stinking pile of manure D2 is now. D2 will never be as good as D1 because it's broken at its core.

7 RespuestasThe only thing I keep thinking about is TTK. My VoC went from 345 to 170. It was worthless on patrol and any other activity except for sitting in my vault.

It was one year out of D1's three, don't act like it was a constant thing.

If Bungie brought the good part of D1 into D2, It would be amazing. No "class-only" infuses, factions being worth something, skeleton keys and strike exclusives dropping outside of Nightfalls, armors with cool designs, good exotics, customizable subclasses... However, they insist on bringing the worst part of it, like this "D1Y1 to D1Y2" bull.

Never in my life have a witnessed a game company be able to pull of the exact lifeline of events in not just one game but in the sequel as well.

I made a post about this [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/255353746]here [/url]if you want to read the whole thing, but basically my criticism is that the current RNG of the game is too harsh to put a time limit on acquiring god rolls. If there is not a fundamental rework of loot in some way to accommodate the new system of rotating gear, unlucky people will not be able to get the weapons they want before they just become obsolete.

D1 was better in so many ways. If I could go back to destiny 1 right now and give up everything in this game, I would in a second.

Bro your title basically means you don't want any of the good stuff from D1 like more strike specific loot, ornaments, and the old subclass tree's that let us mix and match perks.
