Just throw it on and go into Scorched or Mayhem. You won't have to use it and it'll go by fastest there

Editado por BlueDCVG: 2/13/2020 3:15:24 PMI'm missing like 160 points.. One point per match. Let's say the match takes 10 min so it would take 1600 min = 26 hours.... And I am not even fan of pvp. Yea no.. =D I just don't understand the logic behind the reasoning.. Like who thought this is good game play idea? These numbers are like random drop rates bad.... Just give us constant one for all activities. (I mean like when we don't use it)

It's just an unfortunate leftover from last season that was never addressed. When you leveled up last season's pass, you earned buffs that gave you 4 points for every qualifying activity instead of 1. When the pass went away, that buff did too, but the catalyst stayed at 400. Plus, the catalyst only progresses in activities that infinitely loop you into a playlist. This means you only get progress from the Strike, Gambit/Gambit Prime, and Crucible playlists. No progress from Raids, Nightfalls, Sundial, etc... It's rough, but I found a way to make it somewhat better: Find a weapon you want to grind for from Black Armory. Grab that gun, all the bounties from Ada, Zavala, Banshee, the Obelisks, and Saint-14, and load up the strike playlist. Put on the right subclass so that you get the legendary drop after a few strikes and make sure Eriana's is equipped. Ignore it entirely. Get your kills/double kills/precision kills done for Ada-1's bounty gun, and as soon as you do, switch your primary and heavy weapons around to complete any weapon-specific bounties from Ada, Zavala, Banshee, or the Obelisks. Once you have enough radiant seeds (should be 1-2 strikes to get them), take a break and run to Ada and run a quick Forge. Use the time loading into the Tower or Forge to claim bounties, delete blues, transfer gear, take a leak, or browse the forums. Run the Forge, grab your reward, and instantly load back to Ada without stopping to inspect your gun. Inspect your Forge gun while you load to see if it's good for you, and either grab a new weapon frame or a repeat frame from Ada. Grab it, and it's right back to the Strike playlist (make sure Eriana's is equipped). As you run this loop, make sure you have Pure Matterglass Lenses, Rainmakers, Fractaline Skimmers, Enhancement Core matrixes, or Strike boons active. If you fill up on Glimmer, either pick up Light-fused Fractaline from the Obelisk on an Ada run OR buy and store exotic ships from your collection into your vault. This way you can keep earning glimmer and, if you run out later on while doing Empyrean bounties, dismantle ships for easy glimmer. If you have any exotic weapon catalysts to work on, you can always work on those if you remember to switch to Eriana's near the end of the strike. Throw on some music, Twitch streams, TV shows, movies, or Youtube videos while you burn through strikes and your time will feel much more rewarded!

I guess you are right.. It just frustrates me so much because it's an sooo easy fix! Like two integer changes in code and it would be manageable mission but would still be inline with the mentality that it should be harder now. =D But yea.. I guess it is pointless to complain.. It is what it is.... BS But thanks for the compassion and tips! Couple of good ones that I will definitely do!

I mean, I'm sure the coding is more than a few integer changes, since coding is always more complicated than it seems, but I think Bungie also has more pressing issues, and this is just not as big of a deal. It sucks, but at least we can still make some progress on it!

Editado por BlueDCVG: 2/13/2020 4:13:55 PMOkay granted, the mission system might be tad bit more complex than I think.. =D And yea, I understand the "pettiness" of my complaint.. But still feels bad man... ='(

No, I totally agree with you! It sucks! I still have ~150 activities to go on my account. It's just probably low on their to-do list, unfortunately
