Makes no sense story wise for areas to be quarantined.
Places like the Cosmodrome shouldn’t be quarantined because story wise there is no reason for it. With the SIVA outbreak that happened there guardians should being having regular patrols to monitor the situation there and deal with any developments accordingly.
