I'm having troubles can somebody help?
I try to do the cross save. From my PlayStation to my computer but my computer crashed on me and now I'm trying to cancel it. don't know if I did it, right. Is there any way we can get it back onto my PlayStation 4? Main account I am not good with things like these.

Hey there, It looks like you may have accidentally set your Steam account as your primary account for cross save. Please fill out the contact form found here and Bungie should be able to switch it for you. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099

Take note that once you deactivate your cross save, there is a 90 day freeze on performing another cross save setup.

Once you set up cross save, that’s it. There’s no transfer going on. If your computer crashed, your characters are still there because it’s all server side data.
