DONE!!

After SIX years of die hard loyalty to Destiny and Destiny 2...I finally deleted it from my console. I've had a ton of fun but D2 just doesn't have that magic I felt throughout D1. Am I burnt out? ...maybe...but D2 seems like a waste of time compared to D1. I guess I kinda feel like there's too much to keep up with anymore in D2... I always kept all 3 characters up to speed on D1 and it's gotten to the point where doing that now is nearly impossible. There's a ton of stuff to do...but none of it really matters..I can just grind my artifact up and BAM..good to go. Me and my crew used to raid on every character nearly every week...but that fire just isn't there in D2. I ask a few friends "Hey guys, let's get a raid going"...and I'm met with sighs. The weapons in the raids look cool but there is no Fatebringer-ish weapons to chase...No Vex, No Galli, ....not to mention the general weapon pool in the game has become boring and bloated...way to many legendaries dropping make everything feel "Meh". I remember the days in D1 when you saw a purple drop...and you freaked out, now they are a dime a dozen. I remember my very first legendary drop....an auto rifle called "The Do Gooder" ....and I had to use it to unlock it perks and fully upgrade it. By the time I killed tons of enemies and had it maxed out...I knew the weapon..it's recoil, what range it best performed in...just a feeling of mastery. Maybe I will re install one of these days...I'll check the streamers from time to time and see what's going on. Maybe the game will be fun again in a year or so....but..till then... Adios Guardians.
