This Week at Bungie, we’re calling in reservations.
It’s been a wild week in Destiny 2. Inotam, Oblivion’s Triune, made their grand entrance into the Sundial. Guardians descended upon Mercury, weapons in hand, eager to protect the timeline from certain annihilation. While you’ve prevented the Psions from changing history, this isn’t the last trial you’ll face - not by a longshot.

Your next stop: 2.2 Billion Fractaline donations.
We knew you’d rise to the challenge, but this? This is absolutely insane. Keep that Fractaline coming. We’re seeing quite a few Guardians investing in their Fractaline futures, but many hitting the donation button to quickly earn some sweet Timelost weapons.
The final triumph for the Savior Seal will be completed once the community completes the seventh stage of this event. We’re excited to see a new title in the wild. Players will also unlock the ability to pre-order the Savior Bungie Reward pin once they have completed all Triumphs for the Seal.
Here's a preview of the pin.
Now, let’s look at the calendar. We have some beats to cover that are coming up quick, with a new Season on the way in just over a month! In the TWAB article, you’ll find details on Crimson Days, Destiny 2 Hotfix 2.7.1.1, and a patch note preview for Season 10.

11 RespuestasSpeed runners get a big🖕from @A_dmg04. 💩 💩 💩 “As I understand it, the speedrun community will need to find new ways to break the sound barrier next season. I understand this will come as a disappointment to some. Hopefully, this will bring new techniques and serve as a challenge to refresh previously established records.” These stupid -blam!- suckers can’t get out of their own way. Once again they are countering how many players prefer to play. They’ve been stepping on their dicks since D1 removing titan skating, ammo synthesis, vendor refreshes, gunsmith packages, etc. Now they are -blam!-ing with the speed runners. JFC 🤦🏼

Wow: That one word sums it all up. This is laughably bad. One time? Ok, we’ll play along. The exact same problem and the exact same garbage solution twice? I’m in favor of the votes I see flying around the Internet that we just call Tuesdays the Weekly Rollback, and everyone plan to stay off Destiny while you continue to embarrass yourselves every Tuesday you start a dumpster fire. I’m not willing to jump into the “Hey guys, support the developers, they work hard and this is hard work” camp anymore. Destiny has been around for five and a half years with regular patches, updates, and the deployment of new content and has never undergone the kind of clown show that’s now happened twice in less than a month. At the moment I’d be happy to say: “Fine, stop developing and let the game just exist as what it is. We’d all be able to play.” I don’t care about not being able to play for one day, but I am astounded at the fact that they recreated the exact same problem that was totally unprecedented in the history of the franchise and are now performing another totally unprecedented “fix,” which is basically just hitting reset again at everyone’s expense. If mulligans are the new normal, then Tuesdays should just be a down day they can actually sort out whatever they’re getting wrong rather than jerking everyone along like this. You guys online saying you’re developers and stuff like this is just part of the process: Stop. NPC’s not loading with a face or floating is a glitch. Enemies spawning on your character’s head is a glitch. Loot caves were a glitch. Dying for no reason when you tried to approach the grave in the corridors of time was a glitch. This nonsense that’s going on is the kind of crap that happens to people who over mod RPG games and suddenly find everything has stopped working. Bungie: Either you’ve either become really careless and stretched far too thin for the due diligence this game actually demands, your priorities really have nothing to do with what you claim they are to your playerbase, or you have built codes and programming that has grown so complex you don’t actually understand what’s really going on and have no real proactive control over any of it anymore. If the weekly update this Thursday is another paragraph with no actual transparency, another stupid joke, and a few sentences patting yourselves on the back again to try and avoid actually facing your customers, as well as continuing to ignore that your rollback shafts a huge number of players who now lose even more gear and even more progress, then my last shred of good will and any respect for your company is truly gone. I’m already willing to go as far as to say you are definitely not worthy of the legacy the name Bungie was built on. It’s unfathomable that this is the same company that helped revolutionize modern console gaming. By all means though, keep playing wizard of Oz with us and try to make us look away from the man behind the curtain and assume we’ll just keep going along with this time after time. That’s a PR plan that will surely play out in your favor when you want us all to spend more money with you in the future.

Pfffft. 😂🤣
-
So we gotta buy an emblem to participate in the contest?? Weak, I had worked on a new setup bc I missed the last one only to find out there’s a paywall.
-
Season of the yawn continues, a burnt out developer delivering tired formulaic ‘content’ when your really focused on other things. Such a waste.

2 RespuestasSo when are autos getting a buff?
-
You lot are -blam!-ing lazy two teams of three and you put them on the same team lazy fuks your matchmaking is so bad
-
2 RespuestasRemember when bungie made good content. The Taken King was great. Exotic swords were the sh!t. Now we are stuck with a rinse and repeat season pass with ZERO content unless its in the Eververse store. But hey what do I know Depositing billions of Fractiline for a game mode we used to have makes sense tho. Grind baby grind!!!! What's next Depositing trillions for Faction Rallies.. lol

8 RespuestasSo swords are getting more convoluted with an energy system to go on top of ammo requirements? Good. Good. Glad to see them become even more useless than they already are. Makes me think of that battle system update in Minecraft. How did that go? Oh yeah, it was universally disliked. GG boyos.

11 RespuestasA lot of concern with fractaline and trials and the state of PVP in its current condition. So how are PVErs going to benefit from donating so much fractaline? This is a community wide event and trials is strictly a PVP game mode...

Seriously, you do know that D1 has D2 beat in almost every avenue. 1. D1 Raids still dominate anything created yet 2. IronBanner was something that we all looked forward to playing every month. You actually took the time to make new Armor and Weapons to chase after. Now it’s just recycled trash! 3. Factions meant something everyday! Now they are worthless. Just added figures to blend in with the bland crowd. It’s just sad.

Crimson days event is trash

1 RespuestaSo without Activision's whip, you cannot manage a single update, without severely breaking your product. No wonder you got dumped, b*tch.

26 RespuestasEditado por mja calg: 2/7/2020 12:58:23 AMWow - we wasted at least 40,000,000 seconds (1billion / 100 Fractlines per 4 second key hold). Let me break that down for you Bungle. 40,000,000 seconds 666666.67 minutes 11111.1 hours 462.96 days 1.27 years That's right. 1.27+ game years of people pressing, then holding a button for 4 seconds and repeating. You should feel so proud Bungle, of artificially inflating this number because your too lazy or inept to add 500 (or higher) donate button. Update: Supposedly it's 1.2 billion, so it come out to: 48,000,000 seconds 800000 minutes 13333.3 hours 555.56 days 1.521 years

8 Respuestas12 bucks for an emote? Lol. Yall crazy.
-
Omg.. wait a minute... Aside from making a "400 frac dump button" and a "donate all button" Why don't you make a button that spreads out your fractaline evenly among all obelisks at the tower?? That would be a neat idea
-
More bullshit...

4 RespuestasEditado por JazzyPaladin477: 2/8/2020 5:09:24 PMYay pins. Yay emblem. Yay crimson hunter ability spam olympics. Yay eververse. Yay fractaline. Sandbox update translation: sword shadow nerf incoming. There is always some bizarre bungie catch to these surprise “buffs”. Why are heavy attacks on a timer now? Sword heavy attack dps must have broken something in the upcoming season and needed to be bungled. “Swords have also had some of the damage amounts for different attacks changed, and the various Sword perks have been adjusted” Hmmmmm....how vague. I smell a big fat stinking rat hiding in this statement. So...no thank you, my crown splitter works great as it is thanks. I don’t care about guarding, I just want to smash bosses.

So paywall on a fashion contest? Are you for real? Man that’s really low, getting every last dollar out of us that you can. Yea the shirts for a good cause but don’t put a paywall on a contest for the community.
-
1 RespuestaYou know eventually people stop complaining, and just leave. The complaining is the symptom letting you know there is a problem, like symmetry still not being fixed.
-
2 RespuestasI don't know if it's just the ninjas cracking down, but bungie should definitely be concerned that the twab threads only get 400-500 replies in a week now instead of thr 2000-3000 they used to get. Context aside, even if they're all negative responses, the fact that there's fewer overall is very telling that people have given up and stopped caring.
-
Used to be the twab would have over 1000 comments now it has about 300 cause people just got tired of asking you to fix whats broken and left. That is really piss poor management so when you guys go tits up dont point the finger at the playerbase.

1 RespuestaStill enjoying D1 again
