destiny 2 is no longer being worked on by bungie, its the small live team that does it all.
do you guys remember the April update? i shouldn't have to tell you that the "live team" did that.
i also shouldn't have to tell you that the live team also does the holiday events.
ever looked at the structure of seasons? does it look familiar? does the excuses used back then sound the same right now? the "live team" is the entire team of d2. so here is the question of the decade...
where the hell is the rest of the team?
are they working on d3? or are they working on an entirely new IP?
if your telling me that an ENTIRE studio inst capable of putting ONE new weapon into iron banner?

Bungie has never been one to back away from tooting its own horn. If they were actually working on D3? They would say so. They haven't. As close as I can remember from all insider and news reports say is that it is being looked at. As for the new IP"Matter"? they are under a strict time frame to get their work done. They have to do it or suffer a major financial setback. So in all likelihood, there is no D3 coming anytime soon. Maybe in 4 or 5 years. But by that time, they can just reboot the entire franchise.
