I agree with you on [b]MANY[/b] of your points, yet I still feel that it was “money-greed, targeting tactics” that brought this all about, and that Bungie brought it upon themselves (and all gamers as well). Bungie now has to deal with the expectations of the entire gaming community; as you stated, the hard core players are wanting the greatest challenges, the common player whom wants balance, and those that expect the “glory-find” of rewards to greater than efforts put forth to obtain said rewards. No, it may not have been purposely implemented to “target” these specific individuals that seem to want everything handed out freely, that have migrated to Destiny and now have saturated this game. But it sure as heck was targeted at all of these “new gamers” wallets, purses and checking accounts. On that everyone must certainly agree!
