Legendary high impacts suck balls IMO. I've got great rolls for Talons of the Eagle and Transfiguration not gonna even mention Cut and Run, they just feel like garbage compared to Jade and Polaris. I try use them every now and again keep them in my vault, when I use them it feels like a snooze fest and I think to myself this would be dead already if I had a Lightweight scout.
