This has been going on since July 2019. It has slowly gotten worst and worst. I thought it would just get better on its own but it has not. I though moving houses would fix it and it has not. I thought getting the best internet the area can provide would fix it and it has not. So I have posted about this before but the help has not fixed the issue. I need to make a fresh post in order to lay out my situation and hopes that I can get BUNGIE's attention to address this issue. So please don't be negative on my post. Please don't comment unless you have something productive to say or leave a comment that will hopefully draw the attention of Bungie.
I have attached my mixer channel that I set up just to record what is going on with my game. If you don't want to watch it, basically I can not get in to the game majority of the time. I will get a WATERCRESS error to where I have to reset and try again. If I do get in I can go to one location only before I get a NEWT error. So that means if I go to the tower to get bounties that I will most likely have to reset the game after leaving the tower before I go anywhere else. If I do go down to a planet I can stay and play on that planet all I want going through lost sectors, doing patrols and completing bounties. Even fast travel with no issues but as soon as I try to change location or do an activity I will get a NEWT error.
I do understand both NEWT and WATERCRESS refer to network issues. I have checked everything in my set up. I have had the cable company check my connection twice and replaced the modem/router last time just to see if that would fix it. I have on cable line coming in to my modem/router which is hard wired to my XBOX1. I have the highest internet package I can get the 1 gigabyte package. I have reset the XBOX over 100 times, I have cleared the cache over 40 times, I have removed my GT and installed it. I have restored the XBOX to factory standards and deleted all apps and games. Then I installed my GT and my games and apps with no luck. I have transferred my game to my external SSD drive with no luck and back on to the main system. I made a new GT and created a new character in D2 and had no issues with the new GT. I have had a co worker here in my area try my GT on his system and he experienced the same issues and with his GT has no issues. I had a clan member from the UK ( I am in FL) try my GT on her system and she experienced the same issues but no issues on her GT. I set up cross save to the PS4 and had my same co worker log on to his PS4 with my account since I dont have on and he had NO issues on the PS4.
So it has to be something with my XBOX GT. I contacted the XBOX Live Support people over 5 times and had them check everything out. They said my licenses and my account where in good standings and I have had no negative actions toward my account and that I should contact Bungie for assistance so that is where I am at. I need to get ahold of BUNGIE. I need them to respond not with a formed response to go to the troubleshooting websites. I have been there and tried everything there. Please Bungie PM, email, call or atleast respond so I can see if there is anything you can do to help.

7 RespuestasStill no response Bungie?? I have been trying to connect to the game of 30 minutes already and cant get in. I really need this fixed.. I want to be able to get my new exotic and work on my weekly stuff.. So I post several times and I get attention but my posts gets removed. I post once and comment on it like they said to do and I get nothing.. So frustrating.
