I don’t believe it’s possible. Maybe someone with more experience can respond to you, but I think the founder has to transfer his founder status, and that’s the only way to get them out of the top spot on clan duties. In the end, if there isn’t a way, and you cannot contact the founder to transfer the clan, you may need to start a fresh clan.
