I, by all metrics, am a "solo" player and my eyes never roll more than when someone posts that the game needs to cater to the exact opposite of what a always online mmo esque game is.
If you can't operate how you want within the framework of the game, the game isn't for you.

He isn’t saying we need a mode like the 980 NF that has a high drop chance to have MM. he is saying other activities need at least a % chance to drop. It can be a 1% chance or even a 0.5% chance and that would be a huge improvement over the current state of the game. Yes it’s a problem that many solo players can’t effectively farm upgrade mats but even more so it’s a problem that 90% of the activities on the game aren’t rewarding which is why adding loot worth grinding for to other activities would be a good thing for everyone

This game is NOT an mmo.
-
It is... Bungie did admit it with Shadowkeep.
-
They have no clue what a mmo is and you either.
-
I play wow, swtor and TESO. I know what MMO's are.

Editado por Sivatrix: 1/5/2020 8:07:33 AMDamn a game company doesn’t know more than a guy sitting on his couch.
-
Yes I do. Mmo has massive in its name. Nothing about Destiny is massive multiplayer. So just stop.
-
Name any other first person shooter that is as big as this game?! Destiny has achieved what no game before it has even tried to accomplish. Everything made after it can only hope to imitate it.
-
You're joking right? Or do you only breathe D2... By your logic battlefield, cod, csgo, r6 etc. Are way better mmo's that blow bungie out of the water since, you know, they have more to give, more players at the same time and in general + esports presence...
-
Mmo means many people playing at the same time in the same instance. Duh. Halo has 4 player coop from how many years ago. Some company called Bungie made it. Yeah I know shocking how bad this is in comparison.

Editado por Sivatrix: 1/5/2020 8:52:08 AMDo you consider diablo an mmo And no it is not MASSIVE multiple player it’s MASSIVELY Big difference in terminology
They have no clue what a mmo is and you either.
In what way is it not an mmo?
-
Exactly. Thank you

Thing is the game doesn't have tools in game to operate within the intended framework of the game. Other than that, top tier bait.
Thing is the game doesn't have tools in game to operate within the intended framework of the game. Other than that, top tier bait.
You’re on bungie.net, there’s an lfg in this website. You also have an in game friends list.
-
If I need to open up and internet tab or my phone to operate in game, the developers have already failed.
-
If I need to open up and internet tab or my phone to operate in game, the developers have already failed.
Then use your friends list. You seem to be the one failing.
-
The friends list is not an LFG system, and you would need to scout out people for that list on the first place.
-
The friends list is not an LFG system, and you would need to scout out people for that list on the first place.
Usually your friends list has your friends on it. If you don’t want to invite your friends, make an lfg post. If you haven’t done the raid before, ask for teachers maybe. You see those posts all the time and they usually fill up pretty quick. If you still are having trouble, check out r/destinysherpa on reddit. That sub is all about helping people with stuff and teaching people stuff.

Editado por Knavenformed: 1/6/2020 6:03:12 PMSee, you're already pointing me towards outside of the game. I have never seen someone in game look for group, there are no tools to filter out players looking to group in game. "Just have friends" is not a solution, all of mine quit this piece of hot garbage some time ago, and to be fair I've done so too.

It exists and is available to everyone.

I now see you’re just a troll. Muted...

In that case game should provide necesary tools to get the group together within the game itself. Why in Warframe I can find group without need to go outside game and in D2 I need to go either to app or website?
-
It has a tool. Pull out your menu, go to roster and invite people. But hell, you are here on the forums, so you’re a few clicks away from the fireteam finder. smh
