Meaning- Your IP address, your login information, any traffic that passes through netease must be reported and documented for review by the CCP. If you pay bungie, and that traffic is sent over netease connections, your banking information will also be reported. This is 100 percent enforced, and there are NO exceptions. Bungie has been going downhill for a long time, but selling out to China is about the lowest you can do. They have no spine, no morals, and they will be sharing your data with the CCP, whether you wanted it or not. Just keep that in mind.
